We display designations clearly and conservatively. Items are marked Pending / In-Process until finalized and verifiable through the appropriate registry.
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
Status: Pending / In-Process. When approved, we can link to the relevant certification record or profile.
Minority-Owned Small Business
Status: Pending / In-Process. Once you choose the certifying path (if applicable), we’ll update language and references.
When UEI/CAGE are issued: We’ll add them to the header/footer and capability statement and, if you want, hyperlink them to DSBS/SAM profile listings where appropriate.
Compliance-friendly wording
If you want to avoid any risk of “over-claiming,” the safest language is: “Status: Pending / In-Process” until the cert is complete and verifiable.
